Metoder for retningsbestemmelse av radarsignaler

This report deals with some basic concepts within the realms of radar signal direction finding. The purpose of the report is to provide a brief reference to the most common methods and create a starting point for the further activity in NDRE project 816/KREST. Both sequential and simultaneous lobing have been considered. The main conclusion of the report is that research on array techniques (i.e. interferometry and TDOA-analysis) should be stressed at this point while activity in the field of amplitude based direction finding should be relaxed.
